HOME SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Have your kids learn in a safe and encouraging environment that doesn't just earn school credits, but will help give them life skills. Kids will learn confidence, balance, strength, working with others, and how to stay strong physically and mentally.
SELF DEFENSE AND BJJ
9am - 10am
Tuesday and Thursday
Kids will be taught first and foremost to avoid the fight at all costs. However, if that is not an option, kids will learn how to properly defend themselves (and fight back if necessary) in a variety of situations.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, judo, and wrestling will be utilized to not only enhance their self defense skills, but to also learn the arts and build the desire to continue training (or compete!)

Taught by a certified BJJ Black Belt.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
10am-11am
Tuesday and Thursday
Middle and high school age kids will learn all aspects of strength and conditioning. Stretching, body weight exercises, weight equipment, and cardio will be utilized. More importantly, students will learn how each one affects their body and the benefits. They will learn how muscles work, what works each group, how energy systems work, nutrition, recovery, and more!

Taught by a Certified Athletic Trainer, kids will follow a plan, including setting a baseline and periodically testing to monitor gains and improvement. More than just a lifting class, it's an education.
